Be prepared to pay a cover charge and be dressed in your partying best.

The music is fantastic, every classic you could think of, and they play the videos on screens around the room, awesome! Jump up on a platform or pole and strut your stuff. -Club 77, William St, East Sydney. A very well-known underground gothic club in Sydney. It's either your thing or it isn't. It's pretty dark and mysterious, even a little grotty. But head there on the right night and you'll hear some great clubbin' music! Cover charge is small, 5 bucks.
-Ruby Rabbit, Oxford St, Taylor Square. This is quite an experience! See where Sydney's hot and happening crowds hang out in this lavishly decorated 3 story club. Drinks are a little pricey but it's worth just checking out, for something a little over the top!
-Cargo Bar, Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour. This is an old favourite hang out of all crowds in Sydney. It's a great location, over looking the water, and close to the many other clubs in Cockle Bay. Cargo is very busy on weekends so be prepared to queue up if your not there before 10pm.
-Ravesi's, Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach. This is a great place to have a quiet drink, or a big night, and take in ocean views. Ravesi's is big on a Sunday night with drinks and DJs on the outdoor terrace.
-Paddington is a great area for hanging out every night of the week in one of the many old but very popular pubs. Some include The Grand National Hotel, The Light Brigade Hotel, The Paddington Inn, The London Tavern, The Royal Hotel, The Windsor Castle- Head to any one of these any night of the week for a good meal and a fun atmosphere. On a weekend they are great places to hang and drink if you want to meet people, have fun, but not have to trek around and about Sydney.
