One of the most enjoyable ways to locate household items that are just right for YOU is to keep your eyes open in the area you live in....stop by the local Council office and ask when the regular household collections take place, then walk your neighbourhood the week BEFORE the collection date. You will find amazing items placed along the street -- all free! Take whatever you wish. (Students report that it's worth renting a trailer or small truck!)
